Store Policy

Returns

USA Beauty Supplies has a very fair but firm return policy. Products that are Brand New (never opened, no signs of use) can be returned for credit up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

We do not sell used products and will not accept returns or exchanges that show any signs of wear. Under no circumstances will a used product be eligible for a refund. All returns must have a return authorization number. A return authorization number does not guarantee a refund. You may request a return authorization number by emailing customerservice@usabeautysupplies.com. There is a restocking fee of only 15% with a minimum charge of $5.00 (whichever is greater) if you request a return authorization number. Products that are returned without a return authorization number will be assessed a 25% restocking fee with a minimum of $10.00 and may be even refused at our option. Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving an RMA number or the return will be refused. If you exchange the item for one of equal or greater value, the restocking fee usually can be waived. If not we will tell you why. If you decide to return the item, do not forget to return the instruction manuals, warranty, and gift box if applicable. Please address your package in the format below. Beware of any dot com company that does not have a similar return policy.

Freight charges are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ship the product back to us via a prepaid traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, etc. Do not forget to insure the item for the amount of the credit you are expecting. Your package must be returned within 14 days of receiving the RMA number. Once we get your package we will email you that we have received it. There are some exceptions to the above stated policy. In those cases, we will assess the return policy on an individual basis in writing.

Exchanges

Products that are Brand New (never opened, no signs of use) can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please return the item with a note requesting which item you would like to exchange it for and what shipping option you require. Once we get your package, we will email you that we have received it. The 15% restocking fee will be waived if the exchange item is equal to or greater than the original item. We will charge your card we have on file for the difference of the exchange and whatever freight options you choose. All exchanges must have a return authorization number. You may request a return authorization number by emailing customerservice@usabeautysupplies.com. Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the RMA number or the exchange will be refused. Warranty Information

Most electrical products sold by USA Beauty Supplies are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The specific warranty details that pertain to your item are enclosed with each item purchased if a warranty applies. Almost all other products have no warranty unless it is expressed by the manufacturer. If there is a warranty applicable, a warranty card will be enclosed with the item.

Used Defective Products

Must be sent to the address on the warranty card only. Items sent back to USA Beauty Supplies, instead of directly to the address shown on the warranty card will be refused or disposed of. If there are any doubts as to where to send the product, please e-mail customerservice@usabeautysupplies.com for clarification. USA Beauty Supplies is not in the repair business, therefore the company named on the warranty is your best choice for service. Some manufacturers may make claims that certain results may be obtained by using their products. USA Beauty Supplies does not warrant any of these claims and any disputes can be made by contacting the manufacturer.

Products damaged upon receipt(leaked, broken, defective, etc.)

Please inspect products for damage as soon as you receive them. If the damage is beyond the acceptable limit, please let us know immediately by emailing us at customerservice@usabeautysupplies.com. We will instruct you on what to do. In most cases, we will issue a return authorization number and ask you to send the product back to us within 7 days of receipt using the least expensive means you can for replacement. Orders must be returned to us in the same condition/unused and with all packaging materials as we sent to you. We MUST have all manufacturer's packaging, product tags, etc. returned to us to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Sorry, freight charges to USA Beauty Supplies are never refundable, however freight out back to you is on us. If you decide to cancel the order, our return policy will be applied. Please mark the package in a similar format.

Other Policies

Wrong Items Sent

We hope this never happens but if it does, we want to make it right. If you wish to have us arrange to pickup the item please email customerservice@usabeautysupplies.com and we will send a call tag to have the product picked up at our expense. Please explain what has happened in your email. We will then contact you to have the correct item sent out. We cannot reimburse shipping costs if you decide not to let us correct the problem. Do not request a call tag if you only intend to return the item. See above regarding how to return a product.
